Who We Are

Sheila Dunn is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 6+ years of critical care experience as a Registered Nurse and two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She discovered her interest in psychiatry and realized how under-served the mental health population was when she practiced as a Registered Nurse. This is what prompted her to pursue her degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Sheila states, "my goal is to get distressing symptoms under control, so they are not able to interfere with a person's ability to live the best life they envisioned for themselves."

Sheila is accepting new clients ages 6+ with a wide range of mental health conditions including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and adjustment disorders. Together, she and her patient's will come up with a treatment plan that best meets his/her individual needs.

Sheila manages psychiatric medications and provides psychotherapy via Telehealth and in-person.

Patients with mental health disorder struggle to be heard, respected and receive optimal holistic care. Thus, her goal is to provide culturally informed mental health care in populations across the lifespan for acute and chronic psychiatric disorders.

Anisa is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 13+ years of experience as medical/surgical, public health and mental health nurse. She is dedicated to improving lives for people with psychiatric disorders. Her experience and passion will allow her to make a positive contribution to her patients' lives.

Anisa is currently accepting newpatients via TeleHealth only.

Linda is a Registered Nurse with 5+ years of experience in healthcare management developing office policies, procedures, and standard work. She knows MN regulations well and incorporates them when developing practice policies and procedures.

Linda enjoys working with others and is especially compassionate and understanding with mental illness and its impact on all aspects of ones life.

In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her children, crafting, walking, and hanging out with friends and family.
